These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of okcwebphoenix.com and the messaging services of Phoenix Web Studio, a website design and management service operated by Phoenix Meridian Holdings LLC ("Phoenix Web Studio," "we," "us," or "our"). Our services
Phoenix Web Studio designs, hosts, and manages websites for local businesses for a flat monthly fee. The specific terms of an engagement — including pricing, term, cancellation, and domain handling — are set out in the Website Service Agreement signed by each client, which controls if it differs from these Terms.
Text messaging (SMS) terms
Phoenix Web Studio operates a text messaging program for customers and prospective customers.
- Program description: When you submit the contact form on our website, text us, or otherwise opt in, we may send conversational and customer care text messages about your inquiry, project, website, or account.
- Opt-in: You opt in by providing your mobile number through our website form and checking the text messaging consent box, by texting us first, or by otherwise giving us consent to text you. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
- Message frequency: Message frequency varies depending on our conversation with you.
- Cost: Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan. We do not charge a separate fee for text messages.
- Opt-out: Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving text messages from us. You will receive one confirmation message after opting out.
- Help: Reply HELP for assistance, email help@okcwebphoenix.com, or call (405) 978-2881.
- Eligibility and carriers: You must be 18 or older, or have the permission of the account holder, to receive our texts. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Privacy: How we handle your information, including the rule that mobile information is not shared with third parties for marketing, is described in our Privacy Policy.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use this website or our messaging services for any unlawful purpose, to submit false or misleading information, or to attempt to interfere with the operation or security of the website.
Intellectual property
The content on this website, including text, design, and the Phoenix Web Studio name and logo, belongs to Phoenix Meridian Holdings LLC or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission. Client websites and content remain governed by each client's Website Service Agreement.
Disclaimer

Limitation of liability
